LIABILITY

The buyer has no idea that the agent is the only one who, under the legislation, is not liable if the buyer's injured. Under Article 19 of the Contracts and obligations act of Republic of Bulgaria a developer may be sued by a buyer if this developer does not deliver the apartment. Under Article 51 of the Bar association act a lawyer may be sued by a buyer if this lawyer has not prepared the contract diligently. Under the law the agent is the only one that bears no responsibility under any law no matter what. The agent commands the lawyer recommended by him. It is “his” lawyer. However, if the buyer is injured, this is lawyer's fault as the agent has signed nothing. If everything is o. k. then the agent has provided legal service as stated in his website.
